In 2004, Salty expanded and created The Black Pearl Lounge and Oyster Bar. The Black Pearl Lounge and Oyster Bar consists of a 16 seat dedicated oysterbar, 30 seat lounge, and 32 seats for dining with ten of the seats being upper patio.
The Black Pearl boasts an ultra premium martini menu with 27 different flavours to choose from.
But it's our oysters that everyone is talking about - three to six varieties a night, and if you're thinking "how fresh?" forget it. These babies come in live! Stellar Bay, Gorge Inlet, Effingham and Malpeque are among the names, each different in flavour, characteristic and size, delivered three times a week.
Whether you are kicking back at the Pearl to the tunes while taking in the most breathtaking views in the Okanagan Valley, or groovin' to the hot beat of the bands that play here on occasion, the Black Pearl delivers in every way.
